Good Wolf Wellness is a sports and performance psychiatry practice in Chicago and the North Shore, founded by Dr. Stephen Morris, a board-certified psychiatrist with specialized training in sports psychiatry.
We work with athletes, golfers, and high-achieving professionals who need more than a general therapist -- people who perform and compete under pressure, hold themselves to a high standard, and who are dealing with something that is getting in the way of that.

What Makes a Sports Psychiatrist Different
Dr. Morris is a physician and board-certified psychiatrist -- not a coach or counselor. That means he can evaluate, diagnose, and treat the clinical conditions that often sit underneath performance struggles: anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, mood disorders, and more.
Care at Good Wolf Wellness combines psychotherapy, mental performance skills, and medication management when clinically appropriate. The emphasis is always on understanding what is actually driving the problem, not just managing the surface.

Good Wolf Wellness offers in-person appointments in Chicago and Northbrook, with telehealth available for patients across Illinois. Our Chicago office is located in River North, and our Northbrook office serves the North Shore. Most appointments are available via telehealth, with limited in-person availability. We are out-of-network with insurance. Superbills are provided for potential reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards accepted.
